Return & Replacement Policy
At BAE TOWN, we strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure a smooth shopping experience for every customer. As we deal in jewellery, accessories, and fashion items, certain policies are in place to maintain hygiene, quality standards, and fairness.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1) Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2) Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at itsbaetown@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
3) Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4) Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Mandatory Unboxing Video (Required)
To avoid fraudulent claims and ensure transparency, a clear unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement requests.
The video must show:

The sealed package

The opening of the package

The product clearly
-
The issue visible in the same video
You must also share:

Clear photos of the defect/damage

Order ID and registered contact details
Without an unboxing video, no replacement request will be approved.
Items Not Eligible for Replacement
We do not provide replacements for the following:

Minor color differences due to lighting or screen resolution

Slight design or finishing variations (as handmade or batch-produced items may vary)

Normal wear and tear

Used, worn, or altered products

Earrings for hygiene reasons.

Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or water exposure
Replacement Approval & Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:

A replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days

No refunds will be issued

The original product must be unused and in original condition

In some cases, you may be asked to return the defective product before a replacement is shipped
BAE TOWN reserves the right to reject replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions.
